Debut of College Monster

Welcome to the College Monster Blog! College Monster is an open and direct source of information for college and the admissions process, written by college freshmen. As all of us know from a year ago, college admissions is monstrously maddening - a huge amount of work and planning's involved which has to be juggled along with the rest of your "regular" schoolwork, and oftentimes you're out there trying to find out all the information on your own, without a clue where to start, especially if you're an only child or a first child, or simply unloved by your older siblings.

We'll try to cover every aspect of college. Hopefully along with all the applications advice you'll get some introspect into college life as a freshman, that'll give you a better idea of what to expect, and will maybe help you to decide on which colleges you'll apply to.
